At Kaylyn Decor, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality home décor and handcrafted products including wooden, resin, metal, and lifestyle décor items.
This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted for purchases made through our website.
7-Day Easy Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective item
- You received the wrong product
- The item is significantly different from the description shown on the Website
To be eligible, the return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, labels, invoice, and accessories must be intact
- Product should not show signs of use, damage, or tampering after delivery
- Unboxing video/photos may be required for damaged or incorrect products
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective:
- Customized or personalized products
- Handmade products with minor natural variations
- Clearance, discounted, or final sale products
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)
Due to the handcrafted nature of wooden, resin, and metal décor products, slight variations in:
- color
- texture
- grain
- finish
- pattern
- polish
are natural characteristics and shall not be considered defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Order number
- Product images
- Packaging images
- Unboxing video (recommended)
- Our team will review the request and provide resolution
Failure to report within the specified timeline may result in rejection of the claim.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Step 1:
Email us at support@ykaylyndecor.com with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Supporting images/videos
Step 2:
Our support team will review and approve eligible requests within reasonable time.
Step 3:
If approved:
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
OR - Customer may be requested to self-ship the product
Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on banks/payment gateways
You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Return Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges are covered by us only for:
- damaged products
- defective items
- incorrect deliveries
- In other approved return cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order will fall under the return policy.

Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- damaged products
- defective items

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Refund Rejection Conditions
Refunds/returns may be declined if:

- Original packaging is missing
- Product was damaged after delivery
- Insufficient proof is provided for damage claims
